Our summary was “are venues doing enough to support you in delivering your proposals to clients?” the answer is at best, work in progress, it’s clear that on the ground in the mdevents proposal writing team they feel education needs to improve, cascading knowledge deep into venue teams in how to work within the healthcare sector is key and a recognition that flexibility isn’t just a word, but in the case of terms and conditions a key corporate driver to where they will place their meetings now and in the future.
